The Mitchell Brothers, also known as the “Geezers with Skills”, are a forgotten UK rap duo. The duo consisted of Owura “Tony” Nyanin and Kofi “Teddy” Hanson, who were British-Ghanaian cousins.

• The Mitchell Brothers were signed to Mike Skinner’s label in the early 2000s.
• They were part of The Streets in the mid-2000s.
• They released the song “Routine Check” in 2005, which was considered a critique of racist policing in Britain.
• They disappeared from the music scene, but reunited over a decade later.
